Not sure what to say?

The loss of David is a loss to all of us. He was a great example of what we should strive to be in our own lives. He was kind, understanding and lived his life doing what he loved and in so doing created an example for us all.

Rest in peace old buddy. Our great times from our youth, will never be forgotten. My prayers are with you.....

Mary, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your brother. I am in Arizona or I would be at the viewing. Hope you are doing well.

I do not know Mr. Bastian; however, my father died of complications related to Parkinson's Disease five years ago today. He fought the good fight like I am sure David did. Rest in peace Dave. You've always been a thoughtful ear and have given Todd and I some sound advice. Although we have been out of the state for a few years you have been in our thoughts. Until we meet again.

I got to know David when he came to my father's barber shop in Midvale. He was a very nice and generous man. He allowed my father and I to hunt Doves on his farm/ranch for several years. I am very sorry to learn of his passing the world needs more men like him. May he rest in peace.
