Dear Joe Ann and family. We grieve with you over the loss of Dave. We first met Dave when we moved to Bay Point decades ago - and were fortunate enough to be neighbors. We became friends, served on the Bay Point Board together, boated together, attended Christmas parties at the house - and generally were available to each other as needed.
