We celebrated your birthday this past weeekend at the park. We threw roses on the water & guess who attended? About 8 or 9 dogs came to help us, of course you were looking down on us & saw them. Happy Birthday, David! Today would've have been your 44th, but instead, it's the first one that you're not here with us. It feels so strange not to have gotten you a card and gift this year and to not be able to talk to you and wish you a happy birthday. How I ache to hear your voice!

Although we never got to meet and get to know David, we do know and love his mother Carole and step-dad David. Our thoughts and prayers have been with them through many months and will continue. David's pain is now gone and let us rejoice that he is with his Lord. May Carole and David John be comforted and supported by us and all their many friends.
