I have known Dave since I started playing in Strat-O-Matic baseball tournaments some 10 yrs ago. He came to Connecticut for a tournament and I gave him a ride to the airport at the end of the weekend. I came to know him as one of the most courageous people I have ever known. Despite the physical obstacles he had to overcome, he worked and played hard and always got the most out of the teams he put together.
