Not sure what to say?

David, You May be gone but youre not forgotten. I dont think of you often, but when I do I get sentimental. You were a good friend. RIP and shine in Gods light.

Dave,
Almost 5 years! I still think about you and miss your wit and wisdom. You were a sage in the Region, full of practical and sound advice. Not too many like you who tell it like it is. You weren't always PC, but you were always honest. The world is better because you were here, but the world is not as good as when you were here.
I miss you Dave. God bless you!

Dave,
I can't believe it has been two years. A lot has happened in that time frame. I think of you almost every day. You are sorely missed. I hope you can hunt & fish up there.

Dave, it has been a year now. I miss your company, your sense of humor, your way of getting to a point without beating around the bush. Most of all I just miss you. Until we are together again I pray that God is showing you boutiful mercy and love.

I had the priviledge to sit with Dave for an interview in September of 2005. Though this is the only one-on-one time I had with Dave while I have been with Roche, I know that he will have a long-lasting impact on me based on what he shared with me that day. I was interviewing for a Roche DSM position and spent about 1 1/2 hours with Dave talking about wht makes a GREAT DM, what he has loved about his career as a manager for Roche for Roche and how I can work to better myself. Thank you Dave...

Dave was such a wonderful person to know and be around. I am saddened to hear of his passing and wanted to express my deepest sympathy to his family. He helped me with my career at Syntex and was a great mentor and respected friend. I can tell you that having those wonderful memories will help you through these troubled times. God Bless you and your families. Cassy Hamilton

Dave hired me for Roche and was my manager for most of the past 7 years. He was the model for what is a great boss. Not only was Dave knowledgeable about the industry but he was respectful, had a sense of humor, and approachable for questions or ideas. I will sincerely miss Dave but the memories will be with me forever.

To have known Dave for the many years that I have or even to have met him for a brief few moments during a conversation at a meeting or event, you experienced the same very special meaning of knowing him. Dave was a unique person that shared a great deal and asked for nothing in return. His sense of humor; his compassion for his fellow man; his love for his children and family. I am extremely saddened to hear of Dave's passing and share the loss that anyone who had the good fortune to know...

I had just recently gotten to know Dave better, having come into his region a couple of years prior. I just wanted you and your family to know what a kind and fair person he was to his co-workers. A true gentleman, who's wisdom and influence will be missed at Roche. God bless
