Mayor and Benjamin Family ~ our sincerest condolences for David´s untimely passing. Whether as a CWRU Professor, a municipal law director, or seminar instructor, he was a true gem. We´re grateful to have known him. Holding you all tightly in our hearts and prayers.

So sorry to Ann and the rest of his family. I always enjoyed seeing David and his love for golf was infectious! He mentioned several times how much he respected my grandfather Dr. Earl Shirey. That meant so much to me. He will be missed.
