I worked with Dr. Dave at Kalitta and enjoyed his company so. He was one who could come into our Dispatch Department and light up the place with a joke and a smile. I worked with Dave as a Flight Nurse with Kalitta Air Ambulance in the late 90's - went on some great trips with Dave to Europe. Dr. Bennett was the best! I live in Toledo and so did Dave when we flew together.

Remembering many happy and funny moments shared with Dr. Bennett, working along side of him as a nurse at Parkview Hospital..always made his patients smile and what a warm genuine smile he shared with us all..he will be missed..very saddened. RIP.

I set the brakes on gate 18A in Houston Intercontinental airport about 2 hours ago. My wife called me as I was shutting down the airplane, and told me the news.
