Not sure what to say?

Dave, We were so sorry to read about your dad. He sounded like a wonderful man. Condolences Pat and Sue Knight

I remember, long ago, one Easter Sunday early Mass at St Pius when David had a heart attack. My brother, who was a general surgery resident and his family were visiting with us for the Holiday weekend ended up saving David´s life, while Ft George continued with Mass. Many times over the years we have spoken about that incredible miracle; our good Lord putting my brother there, giving him the ability to save David. Linda, thoughts and prayers are with you.

I sereved aboard the USSConstellation CVA 64 the same time David did. We left the New York ship yard to head to our home port of San Diego but the ship was to large to go through the Panama Canal so we had to go down around South America. It was their winter in July and we had waves coming over the flight deck. It was a rough ride!!!

My deepest sympathies go out to you Linda, and to the rest of Dave´s family. Worked with Dave in cad cam where he retired from but have known him for many years before that. He was a great guy and he and Linda made for a great couple. I will miss him and so will many others, especially the cad room breakfast bunch and the Christmas in February get together down in Palmetto Florida. May you RIP Dave!

David was not only my neighbor, but my dear Friend for about 30 years. Our mutual friend Pokey rounded out the "3 Musketeers". We always had fun hanging out until 1 by 1 we all got remarried. I was very glad to see David so happy with Linda! I will miss him! Prayers to you Linda and the rest of your family.

Went to school with Dave at Holy Name and Catholic Central. Remember Delores and Don McDonald. Also his mom who my parents would take us to Jergens&Holtflure when in grade school to buy clothes.

David was a 51 years Member of the Roger B. Chaffee American Legion Post #154 in Wyoming, MI. Rest In Peace David. Thank you for your service. Semper fortis

Uncle Dave was a kind man and always a pleasure to be around. He will be missed.

I´m so sad to hear of my Uncle Dave´s passing. He was my favorite uncle and I remember him with such fun and fond memories. He use to call me his yellow rose of Texas when I was little because I was born in Texas. I will miss him a great deal. All my love and sympathy goes out to his wife and family with many hugs.
