I was a student of Mr Bern at the Logan Square Synagogue. In fact at the time I believe my father, Louis ,was persident.A few year ago I met him at a function and we spoke a little Hebrew. "That proves ther are still miracles" he replied , if you, one the most "difficuly students" could speak Hebrew!!!! As usual he was right.
