Not sure what to say?

Dave Berndt was everything a man could be..dedicated to his wife and children..a dependable and contributing member of his church and community..and a deeply respected professional..as a lawyer in Westfield, his clients, his staff and his fellow attorneys had the utmost respect for his integrity, his compassion and his consummate legal skill and dedication..I feel very privileged to have known him for so long and so well..

My condolences to the entire family. "Mr. Berndt" was a warm, intelligent, thoughtful family man who happily tolerated much chaos in the family home with the neighborhood kids running around. I will always remember him with a smile on his face. God bless!

David was one of the most well respected attorney's in our area. He showed strength through a gentle demeanor that made his clients feel heard. I will honor his memory forever.

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

I, as well as the entire staff of the Hampden County Registry of Deeds, would like to offer our most sincere condolences on the passing of Attorney Berndt.

Attorney Berndt visited our office regularly and exuded both warmth and professionalism. The loss of such a man is sure to leave an immense void. May comfort be found through your many fond memories.

Always a smile and a warm remembrance of working at Berndt, Antonellis & Larsen. We were made to feel like family while working there. "Break a leg", Dave
