Not sure what to say?

I only just found out of David´s passing and am so sorry. We were Good friends a long time ago. He took me up in a rented plane at Sussex airport. My first flying experience with David who was rather a new pilot. I trusted him. I did ask where the parachute was and he said "you´re sitting on it". I was nervous. But he also got me on his motorcycle and we went all through Where TOX Island area. Then through back roads and railroads. He was a true friend and I wish we had stayed in touch. ...

It's been a rough year. Rick and I are still have trouble acknowledging he's really gone. We still hear his voice and distinctive laughter which is just like his dear friend Rick's. We think and talk about him so frequently. Every plane we see, farmhouse we pass, birdhouses we see, farms that have crops, anything Rutgers, skiing or a good burger to name a few remind us of you! Gone too soon and missed so much. Always in our hearts. Love Gail and Rick Jackson

Dave was a long time and very close and cherished friend. Starting from college, to our wedding, ski trips, parties, dinners, we enjoyed every minute. Thanks to Dave who introduced Rick to flying, he became a commercial pilot. They enjoyed numerous conversations about cars and planes, two of their passions. They enjoyed joy flying around in Dave's plane. Our kids grew up cherishing their fun times with Dave and he with them. Dave was a very talented and former competitive skier. Our girls,...

Dave was a dear friend for many years and it pains me to know he has passed so soon after retiring and unable to reap the rewards of a slower life more fully lived. He will always be in my heart and mind as a good person, kind and gentle and a wonderful sense of humor. I hope some of the photos I shared of Dave will be a small but lasting memory of a fine friend who we knew that truly lived life to it's fullest. Darlene, my warmest wishes for you and your family that survive Dave. May he...

Dave was a long time friend and confidant to Rick since Rutgers college. He was there in our wedding and there for our daughters. We had so many adventures together. Skiing on the weekends, parties, dinners. Dave was like a member of our family. We were fortunate to spend so much of the last 5 years together after relocating to PA, not far from Dave. We went through so much together, the good and recently the challenging times. Dave was so full of life! Energetic, kind, a talented craftsman...

Event hough I had just met you and tolked to you only a few times, right from the start knew you were a genuine caring person who was full of love, and only wish I could have gotten to know you better. The world has definitely lost a great man but I believe heaven has gained an angel. We will meet again. RIP

Dave you were always the sweetest kindest man to everyone that you met. You had a zest for life and you and Darlene experienced so many things together. All the traveling, taking care of each other. You were definitely soulmates! You will be truly missed! Rest in peace Dave
