To David's family, my deepest sympathy. David was a very special friend of mine in High School at Northwest. He was so kind and always there to give help when needed. I will always cherish the memories I have of him. See you on the other side David.

Sincere sympathy to David's family. He always liked to sing during our days at Northwest High and his music was enjoyed by all.

Special memories of a wonderful person at Northwest High School. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of David's family.

My condolences to David's family. All of us in the Northwest High School Class of 1960 remember him well.

David's service to others was exemplary and came from his big heart. He is remembered fondly in Winston-Salem.

A wonderful gifted young man and lived his life as he began it. Carolyn Groseclose Sprinkle (Northwest Class 1960)
