Not sure what to say?

My uncle was one of the few people who I would call genuine, although I was young (15) when he passed I am always reminded of him when I turn on ESPN. I get told often that I remind people of him when he was young and I take that as the worlds biggest compliment. Uncle David, I love you and miss you more than you know. I wish that you were still here but I know you are doing your part. Time for you to work some sooner magic for the 2025 season.

I can't believe that it has been 10 years since you have been gone David. I miss you and look forward to some day hearing your laughter again. Boomer Sooner dear friend. Rest in peace!!

Miss you my friend. Boomer Sooner!

Crazy OU fan. Funny, great friend and super safety leader. I really miss my friend.

Really miss you my friend. I’m sure you know that your Sooners gotta do better this year.

Miss you Brother! BOOMER!!!

I miss David, the World misses David. He was a genuine friend who was always there to talk to regardless of the situation. It’s only fitting that when I watch an OU football game, I can’t help to remember David’s passion and love for the Sooners. I miss you David and we will meet again someday

We met 20 plus years ago through the Ok Safety Council, passed on the ASSE Chapter Presidency to him, and throughout that time developed a wonderful relationship that included many mutual friends and a love for laughter and fun bantering with one another. Since we were both single, we kidded each that if we weren't married in 5...

Met David (“Biscuit” to some of us) when he was on the Board of the Ok Safety Council. He was delightfully direct with a quick smile and a hysterical story that combine country charm and he quick wit. We stayed in touch the last 20 plus years and we exchanged phone call ever couple of months. For me, he would call and hang up which was code for “call me back goober” but recently he took to sending a text that just said “Boomer” which was code for call me goober. Since I had moved to the...
