He was one of the most dynamic and genuinely friendly people I've had the opportunity to know. My thoughts and prayers are with you and his family.

Selma and Isabel--We never met. I attended the Johnson School of Management at Cornell with Dave. He was always one of my favorites--Gregarious, Smart, Collegial. I am very.saddened by this turn of events for Dave. You are both in my thoughts and prayers.
