I still think about Dave often, and haven't deleted his contact in my phone even now in 2023. I don't think you get to realize how important someone was until they've passed. I still live by Dave's advice to be myself no matter what, and to keep moving positively in the direction of my goals regardless of what detours I may end up taking. Love and miss you, friend.

I grew up with the Boves. Very nice family and full of laughter. Never did meet young David but sounds like he was very intellectual and a handsome guy. I´ll keep ya´ll in my prayers. Perrier is maiden name

Dave and I met back in 2011 and we were pretty close friends since then, on and off. He was always very supportive and kind to me, and encouraged me to always be myself no matter how it looked. I'll always miss having someone like him around who just kind of "got" me. I could tell him anything and know he was not going to bat an eye. I'm going to miss you, dummy. See you in the next one.

Dave was such a bright light and loving soul. We hadn't seen each other in person since graduation, but he was certainly a positive presence in my social media life. He was taken far too soon; may his legacy live on through his mentors. Sending much comfort, love, and peace to his family and loves during this incredibly emotional and difficult time.
