We are so saddened to hear of Dave's passing. We have enjoyed talking over our back yard fence ever since we moved here seven years ago. He was always quick with a smile and a wave and always had time for a chat with our little granddaughter Charley. She was a big fan of Dave, and upon hearing of his passing said she thought he was going to be mowing God's lawn in Heaven because he had the prettiest yard in our neighborhood.
