I felt I should write a few words, although my family and I were neither David's relatives nor part of his close circle of friends. We were, instead, one of the many families David impacted during his life due to his love for working with the mentally handicapped. All of my family was terribly saddened to hear of Dave's passing. What a kind soul and what wonderful shared memories we have of our growing up years and the many family picnics. Dad wondered if you would like to come to their house on Wednesday after the services. Please let me know - or if there is anything else we can do! You are all in our prayers.
