just returned from an overseas trip and learned of dave's passing. My sincere and deep condolences to Merna and family.
Not only was Dave a neighbor in Manhasset Hills, NY but our friendhsip
goes back to law school and the years after when he and i often had lunch together when we were very young attorneys.
