Dear David is was just so amazing how you came through to me yesterday while I was with Bill Phillips. Been to him 3 times and this time he stopped in front of me and said: "I see a "D" and then he said David! Tears welled up in my eyes. He said you passed young around his age 32 unexpectedly and tragically. You also knew you wouldn't live long. Then what astounded me was that he said you wished your father and I a happy Anniversary 7-18 which we were going to celebrate and you also wished...
