Not sure what to say?

Janet, Caroline and Bruce family,
May David’s memory, his gifts of love, dedication and time be an eternal blessing to all who cherished him.

Dear Janet and Caroline,
Words are of little comfort in the face of the huge loss you have suffered. Please know that you are in our thoughts, and that there is light ahead, and, moreover, that David lives on in the hearts and minds of all who knew him.
Much love,
Felicity, Guy, Lydie, Cary and Axie

Dear Janet, My heart goes out to you as you deal with this terrible loss. Words of comfort are hollow, but but my prayers are with you that you will find peace and comfort in the love of your family and friends. I will call to see what I can do to help.
Love, Catriona

Dear Janet, Caroline, Nicholas, and family,

Words cannot heal the pain of losing someone so special and dear as David...may the memories held deep in your heart help to soothe you and give you the strength to overcome the pain. Please know that my deepest prayers and wishes are with you all.

wide-ranging intellect. I loved chatting with David in his library and
was amazed to find the leading work in my fields on his shelves, not
there for show but fully...

Dear Janet and Caroline,
I was so very sorry to learn today about David's passing. When I had the pleasure of meeting with you in your Georgetown home several years ago, I was so taken with David's erudition, composure and wry sense of humor. May the memory of all the good that he did for family, friends and country be a continuing blessing.

Janet and Caroline,
Please know that it was with the deepest regret that I learned of the passing of David.
May God Bless you and give you peace during your time of sorrow

Janet and Caroline, our family wishes to express our deepest sympathies to the both of you on the passing of your husband and father. David will be missed by all who knew him and called him friend.
Mark, Glenda, Adam, David, and Sheri Guthrie

Dear family and friends, I'm sorry to read about your loss. I hope that all can find comfort in the following words of Isaiah 33:24, "[God] will actually swallow up death forever, and certainly will wipe out every tear from their eyes..."
