DaveBurt lived in our home at 1537 Emily st Philadelphia PA for over 10 years..we gad bern in touch inJune when he told me he was in hospice. We are saddened to read about his passing.I just read it and if anyine reads this in the family.we want you to know He was a great tenant and always a pleasure ti deal with..although we dud most correspondence by mail since we never actually met i feel i knew him and he was a kind and gentle person. We are sorry for his passing..He was too young....
