Not sure what to say?

David I really miss you. Our chats weren't frequent but they were profoundly important, to both of us. I think of you often. Rest well, brother, until we meet again.

I think of you often and I miss you

First time looking at my birth records, this guy was my attendant at birth in 2004, haha. Rest in Peace.

David I still remember and miss you after all this time. I miss you buddy.

New David and Peggy while in Medical school and thoroughly enjoyed his quick wit and friendship. The medical community lost one of the best. I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers.

We had a common understanding that our very best, is what our patients deserve. Know that you have trained...
