David Johnston Byers

My condolences to your family. Dave was my first boss at my first job in 1973 at All-Steel Inc., Aurora, Il. He was a great guy!

Dear Jean and family,
First, our deepest sympathy and condolences to you and the children for this great loss.
Dave and the Byers family have been my and the Schroeder family's friend(s) for as long as I can remember. Our families started their friendship on Wyandotte Ave in Lakewood and at the Lakewood Presbyterian Church.
It's hard to put into words what a life time friendship means and then the loss of that friend.
As kids, I don't ever remember Dave and I fighting...

Dave was a kind and considerate man and a great boss who treated everyone with respect and fairness. He will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with you, his family, in this time of grief. Betsy & Bailey Ritsema
