I worked at The Reader with David. He came to me and asked if we could have lunch. We grabbed a couple sandwiches and went to Lk Of The Isles. David knew at that time I had 5 years clean and he talked about himself. I took David to his 1st 12 step recovery meeting. I am grateful to be his friend. I am sad he is not here. God Grant Me The Serenity To Accept The Things I Cannot Change The Courage To Change The Things I Can And The Wisdom To Know The Diffence. R.I.P. David.

To the family of David Carr.... I knew David from many years ago and was actually in his first wedding to my college room-mate. I have many wonderful memories of David before his addiction took over his life. Even though it has been years since we've been in touch he will still be missed!
