Not sure what to say?

Celebrating your 87th birthday today, Dave, this summer solstice the longest day of the year. And just as well it should be, giving us who remember an extra waking moment or two to celebrate and cherish the memories and experiences you gave us. With the passing of these years, it´s become so much more apparent or easy to recognize the gifts you gave us all, for those one on one dialogues and talks left us feeling something special and purposeful. What a promise you were, and days like to...

I miss this man every day since I last saw him. A second father to me and to my children, he is like a grandfather. Although, only one was at the age to meet and appreciate Dave when he was alive, they´ve all grown up hearing the wisdom Dave shared.

I enjoyed my philosophy course immensely (while we smoked in class and this was after the indoors smoking bans were enacted) and so my interactions with David. He ended up sending me my graded final exam (his exams were all long typed assays) to Switzerland while I was serving in the...
