CARVER, DAVID W., age 49, of Knoxville, passed away at home on Wednesday, October 5, 2005.

Mr. Carver was of the Baptist faith and owner of Carver Plumbing.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Ann Carver; and father-in-law, Rev. Clyde Surrett. David’s passions were his family, friends, flowers, cooking, and his work.

Survivors: wife, Margaret A. Carver; daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Billie Eadie; sons, John and Will Carver; father, William Luther Carver; grandchildren, Danielle Eadie and Billie Eadie II all of Knoxville; sister, Debbie Carver of Charlottesville, Virginia; sister and husband, Lisa Carver and Richard Dew; brother, Matt Carver; mother-in-law, Bobbie Surrett, all of Knoxville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to U.T. Medical Center Breast Health Outreach, c/o Development Office, 1924 Alcoa Hwy., Knoxville, Tennessee 37920.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. A memorial service will follow at 6:00 p.m.

Serving the family: Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Avenue at N. Broadway.
