He was the mist delightful priest in No Africa when i was a child! On the Naval base at Port Lyautey. I ask God to reward him every Sunday. I only found his information today. We were protestant but my parents loved him! He ran the Bingo! I became a convert in 2016! I attended an amazing Ist Communion at the base chapel after helping my friends prepare for their Ist communion. I remember a Cardinal from Rome coming sent by Pope Pius 12. Anyway, he made a big impression on me as a child! God...

I met Fr. Casazza in Coronado in the Navy. My wife Frances knew him well and introduced him to me. He was a lifelong friend of the family, a good, decent and honest person. The last time he visited us in California, my daughter had bought me a funny clock that was a dog with a bugle and he played reveille when the alarm went off- LOUD! Fr. Casazza thought that was going to be just the ticket to "help" a fellow priest who had trouble getting up for early morning mass. So my daughter quickly...

I met Fr. Casazza when I was 5 years old. He knew my parents who were both in the Navy and he frequently would visit with them. I will never forget that he visited us once in California and he drove all of the kids (5 of us)to the local store to get ice cream. He went into the store and came back and asked us to guess what flavor he got. We kept guessing and guessing (chocolate, vanilla etc) but we were wrong! He told us he got Rocky Road. Well, we had never heard of that flavor before! Then...

Father David was a kind and generous man. I had the privilege of knowing him and some of the family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. He will be missed.
