David Catanzaro

Dave was one of a kind. A true & great friend to my late brother David & me. All through Oradell Public, RD Jr. & Sr. High, we grew up together & had a great time through all those good years. Deepest sympathy to his family and all of his many friends.

I remember Dave from 4 th thru 6th grade at Oradell Public. May he rest in peace.

I remember David from our childhood. So sorry to learn of his passing.

I knew Katz as a high schooler, doing two-a-day football practices in late Summer heat. The pre-requisite for trying out for the team was to do a six-minute mile in full equipment on day one. Katz never quit, and he made it ... with all of us pulling for him all the way. He was very happy, as were we, including the coaches.

We both remember Catz as a great guy with a big heart. Our sincere sympathy to his loved ones and friends. May he rest in Eternal Peace and may Light Perpetual shine upon him. This was a soul of great good - from the time he was a boy, to a player on the "White Tornadoes", to a man in full.

I knew Dave well only thru third to 6th grades at Oradell elementary school, but my memories of him were all good. He was a kind, gentle soul.

One of the last members of an old time theocratic family. The family has been a leading force in the congregations here, since the 1940s. . . .
