My time spent with Dave were special years of my life. We didn't stay in touch much since we left the Air Force but he was a good friend. Our years in the flight surgeons office at Elmendorf will always be remembered.

I have known Dave for more than thirty years and served in the U.S. Air Force with him. He was once my boss while we were medics together.
