Bonnie, Jeremy & Mariah,
We've known few men with more passion and zest for life than Dave. He was contagious in his enthusiasm for his work and for his family and we will miss that. He fought an amazing battle with this cancer and truly surprised us all. Bonnie, you and Dave, have been an inspiration to so many facing health crisis.
