Not sure what to say?

Dave had a dry sense of humor that I found to be hilarious- We here at VCU(Carpenter Shop & Grounds)have been missing him since he left us- My prayers go out to the family- I just lost my dad 8/3/2012 so I know what you all are going through- We will miss Dave a great deal-

My sincere sympathies to David's family and friends. He will surely be missed.

I have known David and called him my friend for nearly fifty years. I met him as a child through his friend, Willie Collins and my older sister, Linda. He loved teasing me when I was a little girl. David never changed, he was always so kind to me and my family, I loved singing along while he played Beatles tunes on his guitar. Later, we both worked for VCU where he was way over qualified for the job, David...

Jerry and family, John and I are so sorry to hear of Davids Passing. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

I are so sorry for your loss. David was a dear friend and such a special guy. I will always remember him with his guitar in his hand and a smile on his face. I am thankful that I got to know David and will miss him greatly.

I am the daughter of Jim whom worked side by side with David. My dad thought very highly of David and guarded him as a very close friend. I also work with Liz, David's companion. We are grieving with you and are keeping the family in our thoughts and prayers.

Donna & Family: I am so sorry to hear the news. David was an upper classman that I looked up to at GW as we were one of Susce's kids... . In 1969 he was our ACE pitcher going 6-3 with an ERA 1.42... I was thrilled to play behind him in the infield at GW for two years as we knew David would battle each batter that he face. I was lucky to follow in his and others footsteps to Manatee, I was in Bradenton this week when I heared the news and ventured by the ball field that David pitched on and...

Gerry and family, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of David. Uncle Everett would tell me stories about his great baseball abilites. My thoughts and prayers to all. Kirt Lattanze
