Thinking of you always. I love and miss you.

I think of you often. Lots of thoughts from our childhoods. It's cold today, after it thaws, I'll pay a visit to your grave. It's such a pretty spot.

Dave was one of my field training officers with st Paul police. He was kind, professional and a excellent officer. I'm thinking of him today because he was a good man. RIP Dave I will never forget you.

i miss u grandpa. more than ever.

David, you're in my thoughts often. We all miss you; your humor, and interest in everything. This has been a very difficult year, we could use a few laughs. I'd say "take care of yourself", but we know you are in a better place.

Grandpa, I miss you tons. I'm surprised I've lived through losing you. You were a HUGE part of my life and I love you so much. I've been thinking a lot lately about when I'll see you again.. if there is an afterlife.. if you are still with us. I've cried and cried just holding your police uniform bear and it reminds me so much of you. - Kaitlyn

David's legacy is in the hearts of all of us, who are remembering funny stories or the help he gave others. He died way before his time.

David, I'll love you forever.

Dave, you were, and always will be the coolest cop I've ever known. You were like an unrelated Uncle, if that makes any sense. Peace to you, Dave...
