Suzanne and Family,

While Dave never taught me about dentistry, he spent some time giving me good advice at the race track. His knowledge and passion for the sport was contagious. I remember winning my first bet on a race because he explained those little letters on the racing form to me. He was just a good teacher.....about anything he cared about. And he cared about his family the most.

My condolences to the family. Dave taught me in my graduate program at Eastman. He was so kind , funny and instrumental to my education. I loved working with him on Thursday morning clinic and will always be grateful for the contribution he made to teaching all of his students

Great memories with Suzanne and David

Suzanne and Family,
We were so saddened to hear of David's passing. We have such fond memories of visiting with you both so many years ago in Florida. Our hearts and thoughts are with you as you go through this tough passage. Sending you our love from your west coast family --

What can one say at this sad time. The world has lost a wonderful man, husband, father, grandfather. He will stay in your hearts forever and hopefully your happy memories will lessen your sadness. My sympathy to David's family.

So many warm memories of our visits in Fl.
Love to Suzie and family . Joan and Ray

For the many hours I spent with Susie and David, I was always in awe of the beautiful love they shared. They did everything together and cared so deeply for each other. You could see it and feel it when you were in their presence. When David smiled, the whole room smiled with him. He was contagious. I will miss his warmth and caring ways. We have lost a great guy.
