City of Cleveland, Division of Police, beloved husband of Jeanette (nee Perry); loving father of Richard and Russell, stepfather of Michael Coreno (Kathy), Scott Coreno (Naomi), Amy Ross (Jeff) and Rebecca Ross; and proud "Papa" of 15. U.S.A.F. veteran. Passed away April 5, 2021. Funeral Service Monday, April 12, 7:00 P.M. in the CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. Met Dave way too late in life but he became a good friend to my husband and I.
He was always welcome for beer and pretzels.
He introduced my husband to the world of guns and gave him his first gun on his 70th birthday. Now he will have an good friend to enjoy eternal life.

I remember Dave when he first moved into the house next door. Shortly thereafter he took and passed the CPD exam. Becoming a police officer was his ambition! Great guy, great neighbor! Sorry to hear he passed!
