I only knew Dave from stopping for gas. He was always a joy to talk to, had a big genuine smile, and a good dad joke. My sincere condolences.

I am so sad to hear of Dave's passing. I would look for Him everytime I stopped at the gas station. He was a kind soul and will be missed. RIP Dave. I asked You once "What's Your secret to a long life". He replied "Gas Fumes" I Wil miss him.

Dave always had a new joke everything I stopped to fill up. I loved that man. Always had a big smile on his face. He will be dearly missed for sure! Rest in peace David!

Uncle David was just the nicest bloke, I was lucky to be able to go to see his home and wife and dogs in califon many years ago as well a brief visit with friends a bit later. It was easy to see how happy, loved and well respected he was by the people we met in his community. He'll be missed on both sides of the Atlantic. Sleep tight uncle dave, we'll miss you

To Uncle Dave, you done so much in your life and worked as long as you could. You may have lived many miles away but never forgotten by your family in Bristol where you grew up.
