Hard to believe a year has passed by already. You are dearly missed my friend. Hugs to you in Heaven.

David and Dennis were my friends since 1955. We attended Central Catholic together, they were on year ahead of me, played in the band and spent a summer cutting grass and weeding the school grounds to help pay our tuition. we messed around a lot together in those teen years in our North Portland neighborhood and they wanted me to be the first to know when they showed up at my house wearing their new uniforms that they'd just enlisted in the National Guard. They drove up in their Volvo and...

Dave and Dennis were my friends since 1955 and had some fun times together. They were one year ahead of me at Central Catholic and the three of us spent a summer cutting grass and weeding the fields and grounds at central to help pay for our tuition. We also all played in the Central band; the twins on trumpet and me on clarinet.

So many wonderful memories of Dave at CDK. He was a co-worker who became a very dear friend. We shared many stories and many games of cribbage on our lunch hour with the gang. I usually just watched and chatted while they all played. Dave would always encourage me to play...but I more enjoyed the company. So many stories of the beautiful home he was building and his time spent with family and friends at the Lake. Such a big wonderful heart. He loved his family so dearly and was so proud...
