I was employed by David as his law clerk during 1979-80. I also assisted him in his campaign for mayor of Elizabeth. David was truly a gentlemen, kind, consider, engaging and caring person. My condolences and sympathies to his wife, children and family. David will be missed in many ways. God Bless him.

I was a branch manager in for Summit Bancorp in Elizbeth New Jersey in the 70's. David was a customer which I got to know well. I left the Bank in 1996 and moved to Texas but still look at the OB's Everyday. May his memory be eternal.
