David was my foster brother many years ago and I am just heartbroken, especially for his family and friends. I'm not surprised at all he became such a great person. So sad he's gone.

I am sorry for your loss. Col Cooksey was one of the best. I am blessed to have had the opportunity to work with and for him.

Dear Nicole and your entire Family,
We were so sad to hear of Dave's sudden death. Although we didn't know him personally, we were all classmates and have many friends in common. Our hearts go out to all of you. Your family sounds amazing, but we will pray that each of you find strength and peace as the days go by.
