So very sorry for you loss and mine. Just found out yesterday after receiving a note from the office.Saw Dr. Dave on the 17th of January. He was my dentist after his father passed away. He will be truly, truly missed. Will never find another like him.

Dr.Cooper was. One of most special people. I know. His compassion. Empathetic and heart of gold will always live. A great loss to humanity with all my love Monica Kozlowski
