Not sure what to say?

Buddy and I were friends since junior high.

Buddy & my Donnie played basketball in high school.he was a special friend.

Buddy and I go way back. I played against him at minor and then at Jax St. we had some terrific battles against each other when St.Bernard played Jax.St. I got to know Buddy really well when he and I were selected to represent Alabama To play in South Africa between our junior and senior year. We were roomies for a month and the bond we made during this time was one for a lifetime. Buddy was a big ole teddy bear with a huge heart, I am fortunate to have known him and will miss my dear friend.

I met Buddy at JSU where he was my now and then future husband, Bill Brantley´s roommate. He was a wonderful person and great basketball player. I always wondered how he found the church where Bill and I were married because it was in such a small and remote place. It really touched our hearts that he and Peggy attended our wedding. He will be missed.

Very sad to hear of Buddy´s passing. It´s been awhile since I´ve seen him but the last time I saw him he had stopped at my car lot and we talked for quite a while. He was always a humble guy and I know loved the Lord ! Will miss him.

I first met Buddy in summer school at Mortimer Jordan High School. There was this guy that sat on the front row with his legs reaching way out from his desk. I introduced myself and asked if was going to be going to Mortimer Jordan. Sadly, he said no he was going to Minor. We still became friends. After college, we ran into one another again and we played softball together for a few years. I will never forget when he rode in back seat of my 1977 Pontiac Sunfire (a very compact car). He...

My condolences in behalf of the Cornelius family in this time of grief. Sorry for your loss. Grief can be hard but the special memories can help us cope. May the peace of God comfort you through this difficult time.

So sorry for the loss of a Friend and Teammate at Jacksonville State. Buddy and I were roommates for 3 years and he became more like my Brother. I will always have great memories and look forward to one day reuniting with my Friend. RIP BUDDY!!!!!!

Buddy was my nephew, and I remember how he often came over to our house to see if Grandfather had something in his "garage apartment " to use for some project Buddy was working on. My favorite request he made was for "an ordinary piece of wood". Daddy got such a chuckle from that wording from a little boy! He grew into a giant of a man, and he will be sadly missed.
