Not sure what to say?

To The Coughlin Family,
My deepest condolences to you all. I am so sorry for your loss. Your loss is truly Heaven's gain. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal. Dave was a wonderful guy. So gifted and talented, not just on the stage or in front of a camera, but in all that he did. He brought joy and happiness wherever he was and whoever he was with. He was a remarkable person and I am so grateful and thankful to have known him all these years. It is a blessing, an honor and a...

My great friend Dave, you were one of the finest people I have ever known. We have just returned from a celebration of your life that was truly unforgettable. People from all walks of life filled the restaurant to overflowing, one large extended family sharing priceless memories of you. There was a lot of laughter and from time to time, some tears as well. You had a gift for making people feel good about themselves and about life. You made us laugh and you also did the little things that made...

David was a special person and touched so many lives in so many ways. As he and I went went through Danbury High School together he was the glue that held those crazy relationships together for all of us and his infectious smile and approach to life was what I will always remember most.

We also played many a set of tennis together. He could never get those first serves in much to coach Winnerman's consternation
(and laughs.... of course).

My thoughts and prayers go out to...

I knew Super Dave only briefly and through mutual friends, but I have fond memories of his act in Tuxedos to Meatloaf's "Paradise by the dashboard lights." No matter how many times I saw his act I had to stop each time and watch and smile and laugh. He obviously loved entertaining others. Whenever we crossed paths he greeted me with an enthusiastic hello and that beautiful Irish smile. You felt good being around him. God bless Dave and his family.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

My deepest condolences to the Coughlin family. My fondest memories of David & I living on South Street as teenagers with him being my first crush and he always kept me laughing. I am very saddened by David's passing. God Bless him...

Its been a week since I learned of your passing and I still can't understand why you were taken from so many people who love you... Looking back, I only wish we had spent more time together... You were a star on Earth and now you are a star in Heaven.

I Love you man!

I'm so sorry for your loss and this late entry I was out of the country. To all the Coughlin's I express great sympathy to you. Dave always took time to talk to everyone and make them feel special. He will truly be missed. He made me laugh when with both were the attendants in Margie and Jim's wedding. I am thinking of all the Coughlins and prayer for you.

To Chris and the whole Coughlin Family,
I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Dave. I was a neighbor on South street for many years and although I didn't know Dave well....I DID know what a wonderful family the Coughlin's were. My thoughts are with you all. {{{{Hugs}}}}
