My sincere condolences to Dave´s family. Dave was the resident assistant on my floor at UM when I was a freshman. Our family has great memories of David, Jeannie, and the kids. We were fortunate to spend time with them while our kids attended St. Philip´s. Dave was a huge Canes fan, and we loved attending football games together from time to time. I was shocked, and deeply saddened, upon learning the news of David´s passing. It was my sincere pleasure to get to know him and Jeannie, both professionally and personally. David was everything one would want in a lawyer with terrific judgment, non-judgmental, extremely intelligent with unimpeachable integrity. David was a superb human being. I had the great fortune of serving with him in the Jackson Board since 2008. The contributions he made at all levels were oustanding always greatly supported by his beloved Jeannie.
