Not sure what to say?

I met David Cowan through work. I was in charge of accounts payable and David was the company's accountant. We became fast friends, David had a magical way of connecting with people, I loved his warmth and sense of humour. I moved on to other positions yet we stayed in touch, emailing and meeting occasionally for a meal together. David shared his life with me, his philosophy with me, and of course, his jokes. I shall miss his wisdom, joie de vivre, and his kindness. My condolence to his...

I was very saddened to find out recently about the passing of David. Unfortunately, I had not tried to contact him for a few months so just found out. I guess my mourning starts now. Dear Cowan family,

We were both sad to hear of David's passing.

He took accounting to another level when we'd meet with him to discuss taxes.

You will be missed dear friend.

Rest in Peace.

David taught me how to play chess (and I believe, let me win sometimes). He delighted to join the Brown family on various picnics, expeditions, and celebrations, and was equally friendly and generous with his advice for every member of the family. His professional advice made possible the continued existence of my theatre...
