She is now in residency in another state so could not be here for service. Dr. Cowen gave her one of his bolo ties. It is displayed on her wall. What a Godly man!

My Thoughts & Prayers are with the Family of Dr. Cowen. I have been working in The UK Family Medicine Dept since 1/4/74, and I remember Dr. Cowen.

I was a happy patient of Dr. Cowen for many years. I miss him.
When my wife and I were anticipating an empty nest as our two sons were nearly graduated High School, Dr. Cowen advised me to rekindle my relationship with my wife, not to wait. Hold hands again. Take walks together. That was more than 20 years ago and now our third son will be finishing college in a couple years. :)

My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Dr. Cowen. I remember him from when I worked at UK some time ago. He was a wonderful individual and I know he will be missed by many. May he rest in peace, and our Lord be with all during this sad time.
