David was a kind and good friend to me during our time working together at Sheppard-Pratt, many years ago. I deeply appreciated his support.

We have very warm memories of David who we found to be a kind, generous and humorous man. A teller of fine tales and a lover of good wine we enjoyed many dinner table conversations.
Our sincere condolences to Sonja and all the family
