David R. Cox Jr.

I only learned of David´s passing 2 days ago. Despite the occurrence being 15 months ago, it doesn´t negate the shock that I feel. I had the honor of being a foster parent within the same agency as David and Dawn. He (they) was always pleasant and helpful. He understood the nature of the backgrounds of children we cared for and how to balance loving support with limits and boundaries. I will miss seeing his smiling around town.
