Not sure what to say?

I was honored to have had David as a teacher in several appraisal classes, a mentor while I worked for the Federal Home Loan Bank in Topeka, and then as my boss. He an Ginny were exceptional people - always gracious. He had a great sense of humor and a million stories from work. I am sorry to have learned of his passing, and send profound condolences to Ginny, Ted, Alice and the rest of the family. You had a great man - he touched a lot of lives.

David was one of those people who made a positive difference on the world around him, both professionally and personally. When David and Ginny hired first Janet, and then me, we embarked on a long professional and personal relationship with two of the finest folks we ever knew; they truly made a difference in our lives. We mourn his passing, and offer our condolences to Ginny, Ted, Alice and the rest of the family.

I just learned of David's passing. David was also a mentor for myself. He was a great great man. I always considered it a privilege and honor to have been able to learn from such a great man. My condolences to Jenny and his family.

I'm so sorry to learn of David's passing; I just heard. Having worked for David 20 years, I felt a little part of the family.
My sincerest condolences,

I just learned of David's passing a few minutes ago, and now in reading this I learn that his funeral is just beginning. I'm very sorry to learn of David's passing. David was a great mentor to me as an appraiser years ago, a good instructor at many of the appraisal courses I took from him, and a friend. I'm very sorry for your loss. He will be missed. Larry Fox
