Not sure what to say?

Dave and I worked together in the police department, 3rd district, 1st relief. We also shared the baseball passion and I ran into Dave many times at Fifth Third Field. We were both season ticket holders when stadium was first built. His uniform was always impeccable and he was looked up to by all on the relief. May God look after him as he looked out for others.

Last spoke with Dave about 3-4 years ago. Dave was in our wedding of 51 years ago as we attended Bgsu. What a GREAT guy who will be missed but not forgotten RiP my friend

I am deeply sorry to hear of Dave's passing. He was a good friend and neighbor as we grew up together on Culver Ave. My condolences to you Mr. And Mrs. Cramer, on the loss of your son, and to you Jill on the loss of your brother. I last spoke with Dave about 3 years ago. I wish I could have seen him again before his passing. You are all in my prayers

I met Dave in the 1980's and was immediately impressed with his attention to detail and his umpire abilities. Years later I again had the pleasure of running into Dave at a Dayton Dragons game. I am quite sure that Dave is now making great calls in his life hereafter. May peace be with you.

Sorry for your loss. Dave was a DPD colleague & a fellow Slippery Rock alumi. He will be missed.

David and I were in the same Police Academy class. He another classmate and I were going out to dinner, happened to be April 1st. I went to pick Dave up at his apartment and noted a phone cable running across the floor and a towel wrapped around the end with the phone connected in the middle of the floor. When asked, Dave said the announcer on WHIO radio said the phone lines were being cleaned and dust may be blown out the lines. Dave explained it with such conviction I almost believed it.
