Betsy and Family...I am so sorry to hear about Dave!I I am just shocked. I wish I would have known as I would have come to his funeral. He and I were always in homeroom together because of our last names! He was such a great friend all those years ago. I always admired what he did for his Mom. You are in my thoughts and prayers.God Bless you anns your family during this most difficult time . Cindy Criswell Hayden

Betsey, I was so sorry to hear of the death of David. As you may remember I am recovering from knee surgery which prohibited my attending the viewing and a chance to see you and offer my condolences in person. Please know I am thinking of you during this difficult period

Betsy and family, Tim and I are so very sorry. We have some great memories. Please know we are lifting you in prayer. So very sorry.

I'm so sorry for the loss for the family and friends. He was the most honest and kind dentist I've ever known. He was also a very talented dentist. A great Christian with integrity. I'm sure he's resting in the arms of Jesus

I became a patient and friend many years ago. We shared many jokes, and past memories. I'm sorry that I was unable to attend his services due to a major family problem that required constant attention. I will miss his professional expertise, and friendship. I'm so sorry for your loss. Warren Hawk

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

What a great man, dentist and friend! When my dad, Dr Mardis, had a heart attack, Dr Crandall was so helpful, as he volunteered with fellow dentists, oral surgeon, and orthodontist, to fill in at dad's office so his patients and out family was taken care of! Forever classy and considerate!
