Joy and I have been privileged to count Dave and his family as friends for many decades, watching our families grow up, enjoying swim meet trips and more social activities than we can count. What wonderful times. Sharing our Naval Aviator backgrounds (he Navy and I Marine) produced a constant stream of "war stories" that were always a source of pure joy. Dave was a true gentleman in all ways, and though we will miss him, those wonderful memories will live on. God Speed Commander, Jim & Joy
